SHIPPING POLICY
We can ship any of our lights worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout for customers in the United States and will be added to your order automatically. If you are looking to get a shipping quote for international shipping contact us and we will prepare a quote for you. If you have any questions or would like to arrange a pickup at our shop in Asheville NC feel free to send us a message!
Light Return & Exchange Policy
Returns can be made for any reason within the first 15 days of the light's delivery date, and will be refunded in the form of a Space Cadets Gift Card. After 15 days the light is yours.
If you decide you would like to return your light, and the light is not damaged in any way, then the cost of shipping the light back to us is your responsibility.
-Exchange-
If you would like to exchange your light for a different model or color you can do so within the first 15 days of receiving your light. Any shipping charges associated with the exchange is your responsibility.
Light Warranty Policy
All of our lights have a 1 year warranty on all components covering issues with manufacturing or earlier than normal wear. This includes but is not limited to LED malfunctions, Structural issues, Electrical issues, WiFi connection issues, and any other malfunction of the light that is not caused by physical damage to the light that was outside of our control. If you have an issue with your light contact us and we will work with you to solve the problem.
If the light needs to be returned to us for repairs and it is within the warranty period we will pay for the shipping charges of the return.
After the first year if your light has any issue we will repair it for the cost of the components to us plus shipping charges.
-Astral Vega-
The LED tentacles of the Vega are modular and if there is an issue with one of the arms within the first year we will ship you a replacement for free.
After one year if there is an issue please contact us and we will repair the light for the cost of the parts and shipping.
